My first official blog! Goodbye facebook, Hello Blogs!

To start off, for those of you who do not know me, my name is Brandon Wise.  I am a sophomore attending Kent State University.

I decided to leave Facebook for a number of reasons.  One, it has caused too much drama.  Two, it is boring and way too addictive.  I know that is self-contradictory but it is whatever.

I feel like due to my anxiety issues that I need something to express myself more freely, to reflect on everything the past week.  That is why I have decided to start writing a blog every week.

I have been going through a huge change since the end of June.  My girlfriend has decided to move in with me due to family issues that do not need to be discussed on my blog.  It is definitively a huge change for both myself and her and is definitively a huge step in our relationship.  You know I was so hurt when we had our first break up.  But it was for the best.  I honestly could not have asked for anyone better to have in my life.  She is so sweet and kind and it is very nice to wake up to her face in the morning...whether that be me waking her up or her waking me up!!

I am so excited to start my sophomore year in college.  I did very well during my first year.  I have been invited to become a peer mentor at Kent State's College of Business Administration.  I'm so happy that I will have the chance to help someone out so they can become successful like I will be after college lets out in 2015.  I found out today that I get to move in a week prior to classes (August 20th) I believe and I am so grateful for that.

I would like to take this time to thank my beautiful mother, Tracy Falkenstein for always being there for me and so supportive of me.  Without you, I don't know what I would be doing right now or where I would be. Mom, you did an excellent job raising me and I can never thank you too much.

I feel so relieved.  It feels as if everything is going smoothly.  Everything as in my whole life.  I will be going out to cedar point tomorrow.  This is like my 99999999999 time going out there... Well not really.  But it's up there.  I love being able to go to cedar point and ride great thrills with my girlfriend, best friends, or people to support me.

One thing that really does bother me is that one of my best friends I haven't been able to hang out with in awhile.  You know who you are and I am pretty damn sure you will be one of the first people to read this blog.  I love you, and I hope we get to hang out soon.

There are some big changes that are going to be happening within the next couple of years.  I don't want to publicize the news quite yet, but I will soon.  I am happy.  I know it may cause a lot of stress, but in the end it will be worth it.  I just hope my family, my wonderful girlfriend, and my friends are all very supportive to the end of it.  That's all I got to say for today.  One last phrase:

GOODBYE FACEBOOK!
